 Activation energy for polymerization

Would anybody know where I can get polymerization/crosslinking activation
energy for a specific reaction; i.e. is there a handbook out there that
would list a whole bunch of activation energies?

There are a number of tables of activation energies for
a slew of polymers in the "Polymer Handbook" by Brandrup and
Immergut. IA SBN 0-471-09804.

I believe that there are tables of such values in Odian's Principles of
Polymerizaiton and in the Polymer Handbook.
