 Cost of LASIK outside of U.S.?

Is the cost of LASIK much less in Canada, Mexico, or Canada to make it
worthwhile to travel to these countries?

What happens if something goes wrong, is there any recourse (legal)
since they are in another country?

You have no legal recourse as you sign a waiver prior to procedure.  Canada is
cheaper because your American dollar is worth approx. 40% more there.
