CT / MRI images with 3D stereo

Is there any visualisation software available for CT / MRI images that
supports 3D stereo ? Most known WS software does not have this ability.

I know of only one software package that supports quad buffer Open GL:
Amira (www.amiravis.com) It must be a lot better to see 3D CT and MRI
images with 3D goggles, but of course this software demands more
powerful computers.

Anyone knows ?

Thanks

The Siemens Virtouso 3D supports 3D, using rather nice wireless
shutterglasses. You may want to try their website for more info.

Analyze AVW can produce several types of stereo images, including
stereograms that don't require goggles (although you need to do some eye
gymnastics). Their web site is :

The one drawback is that this software is not free and carries a sizable
price tag. However, it does have many features that are useful for
processing MR and CT images.

Hope this helps
