I am a PhD student in the field of Information Systems, and am currently
investigating the integration of medical information in hospitals. I plan to
publish a survey on the state-of-practice in this field (which I will also
distribute to this newsgroup/contributors).

As part of this investigation I would be very interested to find out if there
are companies (especially in the US and Europe) who have experience in the
integration of Radiological Information Systems (RIS) with other imaging
modalities/PACS systems. In particular I am interested in those using
interface engines or tool sets.

furthermore, I would like to establish a list of companies which provide RIS
systems (company name, address, product name, product functionality, etc)
