I'm pretty sure that Charlie Metz's software is free. He's pretty much
the leader in the field, so the programs are pretty comprehensive. Last
time I played with them, they weren't totally user friendly, but that
was a while ago.
I know that the U. of Chicago phonebook is gopherable, so you can find
a phone number, if not an address, through there.
