 ssri poop-out

I need some published documentation on the phenomenon of "poop-out" or
"burn-out" concerning ssri antidepressants.  This refers to growing
evidence that some SSRI's can lose effectiveness over time in some people
who have taken them for long periods of time.  Please provide any citation
to an article on this phenomenon from a medical or pharmacology journal.

Does anyone know of any published journal article or other documentation
about people who stop responding to ssri's after lengthy periods of time
on one of them.  I know psychiatrists are talking about it, and Dr. Bob
has a web page discussion.  Any actual profesional citations would be
helpful.
