I'd been on 200mg zoloft and 5mg dex (2x day) and had been periodically
going off the dex. However, over about 3 yrs I'd increased the dosage to
about 15mg 2x day. I've been off it altogether for about 1 month, and
found that when I started again, it had no effect whatsoever, and as an
experiment took 50mg at once, but still had no effect.

I've found the dexedrine to be very helpful with my depression, and I'm
not using it to get high. I'd like to know whether there is any
information on tolerance and specifically, whether after a certain
period of time, I would be able to go back on it at around the original
dosage, and if so, how long would that be?

Any info would be most appreciated.
