Find a doctor who recognizes the abbreviation "CPAP". Usually
pronounced "see-pap", it stands for Constant Positive Airway Pressure,
and it just means wearing something over your nose at night that blows
in air at just the right pressure to keep your airway open. No
surgery, no psychotherapy, no {*filter*} involved. I use it, and I can't
recommend it highly enough. I'm not a health professional of any
sort, and your condition may not resemble mine, but it might be worth
looking into.
