Anyone know what clonidine is really supposed to do?  My doctor says my
whole system is in overdrive, in essence, norepinepherine overdrive, and
that clonodine should reduce my level of anxiety and arousal.  Something
about my medulla.  She also said it is better than benzos because it is
not as {*filter*}ive.

What do other professionals think?
