 SSRI and Nausea

Nausea is a common side-effect of Serotonin-reuptake-inhibitors as Deroxat,
Seropram (Citalopram) etc.
What is the best anti-emetic drug against it?
Do "prokinetic {*filter*}" Motilium (Domperidon) or Paspertin (Metoclopramid)
help better or worse than "ordinary" antiemetics as e.g. Itinerol (Meclozin)
Thanks for an answer
