This has not been my experience! Allegra triggered horrible flare ups when I
first got CP. I now use FloNase which is a prescription steroid that I squirt
once in each nostril in the morning and again in the evening, all year round.
It's almost as if I no longer have allergies! Two hours around a cat will
cause itchy eyes and throat, but that's it. Discovering FloNase was perhaps
the one good thing that resulted from my getting CP, after years of
increasingly bad allergies.
