These are symptoms of a urinary tract infection. Smear of the anterior
urethra may contain pus cells. Have a complete tests as outlined in my Art.

This 3 glass urine of diagnosing prostatitis, has been replaced by direct
examination of the prostatic fluid obtained after a massage.

The pills maybe antibiotics and "something to shrink (?) the prostate" is

The second prostatic massage may have open previously clogged ducts with
pus cells that were concentrated, and the reason why prostatic massage done
more as part of treatment is now accepted by many doctors.
