not treatable with antibiotics so don't bother with those you don't have a
bacterial infection. It is "treatable" with biofeedback, muscular
stimulation, theraputic massage, and time. But don't expect results
overnight.
The problem with the diagnosis of "nonbacterial" prostatitis is that it may
still be due to bacteria that is difficult to isolate and if so, any
treatment without antibiotics will never cure the patient.
