A good uro should suggest a scrotal ultrasound to determine definitively
what the induration is. It could be epididymitis, or a {*filter*}atocele, or
maybe a small hydrocele. This should indicate whether you need more
antibios (for epididymitis) or whether surgery is indicated. (Surgery
could get rid of a {*filter*}atocele or hydrocele, though it may not be
needed if they are not symptomatic.) Of course, you may also need more
treatment for underlying prostatitis as well, since the two problems may
be related. I've had (and continute to have) both CP and chronic
epididymitis as well. Both quercitin and the non-steroidal
anti-inflammatory indomethacin have been helpful. The fact that your
epidid is not tender to touch would lead me to think that it is a bit
less likely to be epididymitis; in my case, it is very tender to touch
and causes ongoing pain. But again, an ultrasound would be a good idea
for definitive diagnosis.
