First of all, I wish to apologize for my English.

About twenty days ago I underwent a lyposuction on the whole
abdominal region. Now this area has swollen in a totally
abnormal way and it is really painful.
The surgeon explained to me that this phaenomenon should be
what he defined as a "haematic effusion". I have a sort of
haematoma, which - according to him - should be "reabsorbed"
spontaneously within the next two or three months.Now I
wonder whether there are some treatments in order to solve
this problem . I am really worried about such unexpected
consequences of a surgery that should almost have become a
routine by now.
