Note that my info is based on the Danish system (but I suppose that we have
to go through the same kind of classes/subjects).

Yep, a bit harder:-) Organic chem is sets the basics of pharmacy school in
Denmark. But you won't necessarily have to use the knowledge you attain of
reagents and reaction conditions, unless you specialize in organic synthesis
later on. You'll need some of organic chem in most classes. For instance
when looking a drug and predicting what might happen to it, when exposed to
humidity, heat or light.
I hope you don't feel too discouraged - for me it's been worth the hard work
(so far). Buy a study guide in the classes that trouble you and try to
follow it during the semester (not just for the exam:-)). It's helped me a
great deal.
