
B2 and Magnesium for migraine prevention
I have been using B2 and Magnesium at 400mg daily for about 5-6 months at
the advice of my Neurologist, and have read that they may be helpful in
migraine prevention. Well, my Neuro has moved on and I am awaiting a new
one. In the meantime, could anyone tell me if there are health implications
in using these fairly high doses? Are they safe?
