How 'good' or appropriate is to take oxazepamum or diazepamum when you are trying to sleep but MDMA after effects don't let you do it. And how many in miligrams?

People certainly do this. Doesn't seem to be any interaction problems.
Just use a normal dose of the benzo, perhaps on the high side of the normal range.
