When I was working in schizophrenia research and running a group home,
it began to seem to me as if the grab-bag of diagnoses that I
encountered in research and with people who came to live in the group
home were as random as if they had been assembled from refrigerator
magnets.

So I started making Diagnostic Refrigerator Magnets and giving them out
at Christmas. Everyone I gave them to started giggling like Renfield.
