Diagnise: Major disease: Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic purpura.
              Other  disease: 1.Essential hypertension.
                                     2.Coronarg heart disease.

Medication Treatment in Hospital:
                        1.Corticoid: a. Dexamethasne
                                           b. prednisone
                                           c. Acetate
                        2. Cyclospon A
                        3. Immune globulin intravenous(human),2.5g
                            IgG in 50ml 5% sollution x 8/day
Other Treatment in Hospital:
                         1. Platelets - Transfusion
                         2. {*filter*}    -  Tansfusion
                         3. remove spleen? no decision yet.
             Effect therapy are dissatisfy.
