I am seeking a device that I hope may already be on the market.  The
device would be a patch with a multitude of miniature hypodermic needles

or prongs arranged over either a circular or rectangular surface area.
The patch would be capable of both administering and extracting fluid.
Is there such a device and if so who makes it and what is it called?
