Thank you for the info. It seems that since 1992 it may have been
reformulated... or maybe just locally in CT., by Yale-New Haven Hosp.
I was informed that their formula consists of
Septra Susp 10ml
Nystatin Susp 60ml
Benadryl Syrup 240ml
