 Circulatory Problems

Are there any nutritional things one can do for circulatory problems.
Like toe numbness and ankle swelling.

Eat lots more fruits and veggies, or take ginkgo biloba and grape seed
extract supplements.

Could be peripheral neuropathy. Can be caused by nutritional deficiency and
metabolic disorders. Deficiency of B vitamins is often the cause.

Sounds like edema. Multiple factors contribute to this condition, including
poor absorption of ingested protein, impaired hepatic synthesis, and
excessive loss of cellular protein from rapid exfoliation of damaged
enterocytes. Anemia may aggravate the edema.

What other symptoms do you have?

I suggest you pay a visit to your doctor to discuss these symptoms. And ask
to get tested for gluten intolerance, though you may just have an
intolerance and not full blown celiac disease. But the tests that doctors
use won't pick such a sensitivity up.

And remember that most toe numbness and ankle swelling has nothing
to do with circulation problems (in the sense of venous or arterial
blockage).  See your doctor to get some tests.
