I agree with you.
The last paragraph is typical of someone who is dead set against any
form of supplementation.
And, of course, this irrational bias issue with no logic to it, detracts
from an otherwise sound statement.

there is a new study out re: fish oil capsules and it is in favor of
supplementation....

essentially what the article says is that the American College of Cardiology
reported that fish oil supplements reduced death from heart disease by 15
percent....that's enough to make me want to pop a few capsules
