Just embarking upon a low -carbohydrate diet
(after reading "The Carbohydrate {*filter*}s Diet")
Does anyone know if there is a nutritional reason
why one should not eat two lo carbo meals,
followed by a high carbo meal?
So far, the diet seems to be working.. Im losing weight slowly,
feel great, and can eat all I want during the hi-carbo meal.
