Approximately 5 years ago I was diagnosed as having Lyme (severe joint pain,
no fever, no rash) and placed on antibiotics.  When the lab tests were
returned I actually had RMSF.   The treatments are basically the same, so
nothing was changed.  I was referred to the Medical College of Georgia and
have no complaints with the treatment received.  But, I have recurring bouts
of about 24 hours duration every 6 to 9 months of fever (101-102), chills
and joint pain.  The doctors are stumped, and so am I.  If anyone has heard
of or has personally experienced this I would sincerely appreciate an email
