
Fatigue, aches, weakness, vertigo, dizziness, memory concentration?
I have been taking the Evening Primrose Oil & MaxEPA (fish oil)
for about 2 months now. I definitely notice a difference in the
level of inflammation in my body. I went off several of the
supplements a few weeks ago (ran out of them and wasn't getting
paid for a week or two) and my symptoms flared up again. It could
have been a coincidence, of course. I went back on the
supplements and my symptoms began to improve slowly.
I also followed the suggestions in a book called "Nutritional
Guide to Healing" (?) that suggested a lot of the same things as
Dr. Burrascano as well as some other things.
I am taking: A high-potency multi-vitamin (Solgar brand), 6000 mg
of vitamin C, 6 capsules of MaxEPA fish oil, 3000 mg of Evening
Primrose oil, 6 capsules of St. John's Wort (for depression), 3
tablets of gingko biloba (for brain fog), 6 capsules of
acidophilus (Primadophilus brand), Enzyme CoQ10 (for the immune
system) and every other week I take 6 capsules per day of a
mixture of echinacea and golden seal (for the immune system).
I split everything up into 3 doses per day, as close to exactly 8
hours apart as I can, and I take them about 1 1/2 or 2 hours
after my antibiotics.
I am also following a diet called "The Zone Diet" that is
outlined in a book called "Enter the Zone" by Barry Sears, MD. It
also seems to be helping my fog and my aches & pains.
Good luck! Everything except the Enzyme CoQ10 is pretty
reasonably priced.
