The Lyme Disease Foundation (LDF) recognizes that good healthcare for patients
depends on well trained medical professionals. But, many of the newest primary
careproviders - those who are fulltime medical students (including residents
and interns) and those completing their nurse practitioner studies  just do not
have the funds to attend many conferences.

Therefore, the LDF is taking the unprecedented step to allow the first 50
fulltime medical students who fax a letter of credentials (from the Dean of
their school) to the LDF, can attend both days of the LDF conference for free!!
This includes the reception on Saturday night.
