 Sleep problems and aids

Is anyone else using Ambien for sleep?  I was on .25 Xanax for over a year and
it worked great.  Once I got on antibiotics (2 weeks ago), it stopped working.
Even .5 doesn't work.  I also tried Klonopin, which used to knock me out and
make me a zombie until 1:00 the next day.  Now it doesn't even make me drowsy.
The only thing that seems to work so far is Ambien, but it only gives me a
solid 6 hours (which is 6 more hours than I get without it!), but then I'm
awake, no matter what.  Anyone else have the same experience?  And do you know
anything about Ambien that I should know?

I don't know about ambien, but I have a friend who has Fibromyalgia
and she swears by ambien.  6 hours is good, isn't it?

I also find that Benadryl wires me.  Am I strange or are there others out
 there equally as strange?

Nope.  None in my entire family has other than the
same result you descibe.  "Wired" is a good word.
I looked it up recently to answer a reply someone had
posted about my query to the group about sleep aids
and discovered that we are "Legit".  It is a listed
side effect: Nervousness.

Good Luck.  I'm going to try St. John's Wort, next...
Someday...When I remember...When the kids are with their
dad...And I can stop this compulsive house-cleaning...
and laundry...and grocery shopping...You get the idea.
When I remember to do something for me...
