please help chronic Lyme patient
I am veyr sorry to hear how ill you are feeling.? I want to offer you
encouragement, I have been back at work for more than a year and am just spiking
with tetracycline (500 mg/3xday) on weekends and I am well.? I was out of work for
eight months, I spent several years agoing downhill before that and had suffered
periodic illness for numerous years and/or at certain time intervals over the
course of my life (since I was eight) and last year when I was really sick, the
pain in my shins were horrific, so I know how hard this can be to deal with.? I
don't have any good answers, but if I look at all the people I know who are
succesfully dealing with this, it seems like once they got really sick, it took a
good six months to show much significant improvement.? It also seems to me that
when I began to get better, my improvement was very eratic and I took Zoloft for a
while, it helped. (Don't take any steroids, IMHO) Best wishes, Sue
