  find out what they consider "extensive" iv antibiotic treatment, as

  people are excluded from the study.

 Yes, patients with more than 60 days of past intravenous antibiotics
are
 excluded from the study. I don't believe there is a limit on orals.

Just be aware that they will ask you to sign over your
medical records and if your records contain some information about
a psychiatric diagnosis (before/after Lyme diagnosis) they
may try to say that such and such a % had a history of a
mental illness.
Go to this website (above) and read about the researchers
for a bead on their 'tude.
