Help- Need An Expert Witness (Oncologist)
Hello Friends,
I am currently involved professionally as an attorney in a case for which I
need to find an expert witness. Specifically, I need to find either a
Pediatric Oncologist, or a Medical Oncologist, who would be qualified and
able to give expert testimony in the case of a young man suffering from
Hodgkins Lymphoma. The expert would be expected to testify as to the care,
treatment, and prognosis of the patient, as well as make recommendations for
future treatment, within the appropriate medical standard of care. The
prospective witness may come from anywhere within the U.S., or even from
overseas, depending upon qualifications and experience.
It occurs to me that since this is such a diverse group, considering all who
have posted here, and all the lurkers around besides, that some of you may
know, or know of, such a doctor.... Also, I am aware that some of you either
are, or have been, cancer patients, so you may really be able to help.
