 GBM: combination of cortison/temozolomide/thalidomwe start with a combined therapy of 13,5 mg cortison/day + 140mg temodal (temozolomide)/day + a unknown starting dose of thalidomide on a family member with several inoperable glioblastoma multiforme's. any comments/suggestions ? many thanks
