Though the temp regulation sites are in the thalamus and brain stem, and
these are unusual sites for GBM

Could the hypothermia be purely a sensory (rather than physical)
manifistation?  I have a frontotemperopariatal tumor (albeit not GBM) that
periodically gives me false sensations of cold.
