A friend of mine has adenocarcinoma of the lung and his lungs are full of
fluid so they can't operate.  Are there any alternative treatments?  He
has been told he has 90 days! Thank you for your help.

My father recently had a procedure called a thorocoscopy which was very
helpful in  relieving the fluid build-up.  Have your friend ask his/her
doctor about the procedure.  My father also has adenocarcinoma of the
lung.
