 Terminal Cancer Pt. Needs Help

My sister has been; diagnosed as having non Hogkins Lymphoma Intermediate
grade.. She relapsed after 2 years and  recieved chemotherapy with not
any improvement. Her doctor is going to send her home with no further
treatment.What can she do now . can anyone help her. Alternate Therapy
such as gerston's is being looked into.Please Help
