          My name is Terry Halsey.  I am putting up a new group of chat

leave a few words about what you would hope to find in a cancer support chat
room.

Shared Experience started as a listing of first-hand accounts by cancer
patients and their families and caregivers, compiled in a searchable
database that you can ask questions of, like:

Show me all the experiences of {*filter*} Cancer, or Brain Cancer.
Show me all the experiences where people mentioned "taxol" or "radiation".
Show me all the experiences where people mentioned, etc.

It is my great hope that the pooled experiences of everyone involved in
confronting cancer will grow with the addition of these chat rooms.  Please
come and say hello, share an opinion, voice a need, make a wish.
