Well thanks, Karen, for coming on and instructing us in the way of
sci.med.dentistry.  I frankly resent your very judgemental message.  It was
said very doctorly as if you are the only one who is right.
I spend a lot of time here trying to help people.  I find that by blocking a
few select people, most of the postings I see are productive.   I have
learned a lot these past several months.

Block the writers that you are tired of listening to. They will only be
repeating the same thing over and over so you will not be missing anything
anyway. Hell-llooo-oooo? Anybody out there?
