Would there be any help for me???- I have no teeth on one side, and the
implant that I had with a bridge has failed (broken off post) ...Now I am
dealing with terribly disgusting partial plates.  I seem to not have
enough bone for trying implants again. I'm desperate and depressed.

Ossteointegrated implants have a very successful history.  Many
techniques are available to restore the height and quantity of
bone available for implant retention.  You should see an {*filter*}and
maxillo{*filter*} surgeon experienced in ridge augmentation
procedures and implants.  Don't lose faith.
