 mouth rinses
Could someone tell me if mouth rinses, such as Scope or Listerine, are any
beneficial? Also, are these mouth rinses better than the usual salt
solution??
Thanks

If you do not have gum disease, mouth washes are worthless.
The only one proven to fight gum disease, that is available over the
counter,  is Listerene. But if your gums are healthy, stick with the
flossing and brushing and you should be fine. Most of these mouth
washes have a high concentration of {*filter*} which I'm not too crazy
about.
And if you take the {*filter*} out of them, they are worthless.
Good Luck
