We are seeking dental providers interested in forming their own managed
care dental plan.

After eight years of involment in the Dental HMO arena, we have
the expertise (including the rights to a software package designed to
manage Dental HMOs) to assist you in presenting your managed care
patients with a better alternative. We are primarily interested in a
partnership agreement.
