Ok I am getting titanium implants to replace a tooth that *was* holding a
4 tooth bridge in place. I have had the offending tooth removed and will
get an implant in the fall. I am looking for consumer information on said
procedure and would appreciate information and/or references of what it

You can call the American Association of {*filter*}and Maxillo{*filter*} Surgeons to get
information.  Call 1-800-822-6637.  Also ask your Surgeon and your Restorative
Dentist for information before you make your final decision.  When finally
choosing a surgeon and restorative dentist ask how many years they have been
restoring and placing implants.  Experience and attention to detail are the
keys to a good result.  Avoid "bargains."  Stick with experience dentists that
