 Wisdom teeth

I had my wisdom teeth on my left side removed, I left the right ones in
b/c my dentist told me it was not necessary to remove (and heck I don't
have the money nor do I enjoy the discomfort).  Speaking of discomfort I
am going through it right now.  It seems that the bleeding of the gapes
won't stop and my mouth is sore and my lips and chin feel tingly.  Is
there anything I can do to take care of these discomforts.  Also I have
to eat a strict diet , not solids, no hot foods ...etc.  Is there
anything besides yogurt, and smoothies that I can have, something that I
can enjoy while I heal?

Thank you in advance,
P. M.

something that I can enjoy while I heal?

Anything cold: Icecream (with no peanuts on top), cold fruits, fruit salad,
etc...

Some dentists (American Board Certified) will help you with the bleeding
control, but relax. You didn't tell WHEN you had the procedure, but if it
was on the last 12-24 hours (maybe even more than that) everything you
report seems acceptable.

Please wait for other replies and make sure leaving the right side ones is
the indication on your case.

 Wisdom teeth
Foods:
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Macaroni & Cheese
Chinese cooking.net">food (tofu based hot pots are great)
Use the tiny noodles for baby soup with spaghetti sauce
Hummous
Discover the wonderful world of soups
Hint... a blender makes almost any normal meal into soft foods.

Tingly:
Give it time and it will most likely go away,
Mine has taken almost a year, and only shows up when I am really tired or
stressed.
