 Titanium Teeth Implants
My father-in-law is considering these. He is interested in hearing (via me) of peoples experiences of these. Are they worth the cost? He lives in England. Any response would be appreciated. Thanks, Bryan

Definetly worth it...in my opinion. Skip the crowns, partials, and globs of amalgam fillings. Just pull the thing and stick an implant in there...end of story. Just got 3 tooth bridge placed on 2 implants. Noticable difference is it is Very solid,,,does not wiggle around like natural teeth. And, obviously more expensive initially. If I had all the money back I spent on fillings/crowns/fixed bridges,etc...could have bought a whole set of implants. Cheers Pudge Quote:

Nicely said pudge. It reminds me of all those dental marketing seminars, where they tell you a satisfied patient is one of your most effective and cost efficient modes of marketing. That is what kept me from buying the cappuccino machine and towel steamer. ;-) Roy

REPLY: Thanks, Pudge. Of course, implants are osseointegrated into the jawbone while natural teeth are held in by means of a periodontal ligament. One or two loose teeth will never actually tighten the way some in the profession claim that it can occur. A practical solution is sometimes the best way out! Cheers, Joel Quote:

Who offers this treatment in the UK, Sweden, Denmark, in other EU countries? What are the approximate rates per implant? Is regular maintenance or attention required? what if any are the pitfalls and drawbacks? Thanks Quote:

Available in the UK, Denmark and other EU countries, except Sweden ..... Just joking. In Sweden, it is also available, but only after Smorgasbord.
