 Dental problems/gluten intolerance

JUST A QUESTION, i'M A DENTIST WHOSE WIFE HAS CELIAC DISEASE.

Have you found any "cure" or product that will increase your tolerance to
bread. Love Mexican food, but sure would like to enjoy a pizza with my
wife (and so would she!).

I NEVER heard of celiac in dental school or outside of it until my wife
came down with the problem shortly after our third child was born. There
are certainly MANY other diseases much more harmful, but it sure does
limit your lifestyle!

I have found that salt has helped me over some overactive immune system
problems. Fish oil from mackerel and salmon or other oily fish is another
for me. It still might not be better to risk gluten. Sensitivity might
increase with some time off the offender.

Just think of people as being different, with different polarities,
demands and products.

I must say I would still like to enjoy a cigarette with some people
sometimes after nearly 20 years. I don't want emphysema, though.

But you could still use the cooked tomato and olive oil (for oil
dissolved lycopene), and what about some buckwheat?
