Steve Fawks DDS, you need to do the right thing
Steve, why are you continuing to insult the my work? Take time to read
the content of all the posts which you seem to find acceptable and compare
those the content to what I have posted.
I have never posted any lewd articles (contrary to the game played by
someone at inav.net which suggests that Webby & Chang posted one) to the
net. I have never abused someone else's e-mail address (contrary to the
game played by baynet.net and possibly others). I have never asked for
anyone's internet access to be cancelled... much less achieved it. But,
people have done that to me and to Chang.
I have never suggested that anyone be physically harmed. However, many
have tossed the suggestion my way.
Furthermore, Steve, I am going to remind you of something you have lost
sight of. I have suffered through so many surgeries that I can't even
count them anymore. I have suffered because of your profession, the
dental profession, in ways that I do not believe you can begin to imagine
because of the way you have treated me in this final {*filter*}.
Perhaps dentists like you really don't care about people like me. I
really don't know. But I remember long ago telling you that I was sorry
for what happened to you in your car wreck that you told the group about.
My comment was sincere then, and in spite of all the unkind remarks you
have written about me lately, I remain sorry for what you experienced.
How you can be so calloused to be able to completely disregard all that
you must know is real about me is beyond MY imagination.
Either you did not pay close enough attention to all that caused the
recent flamewars to erupt... and you bought into the description of others
as to the cause... or you simply needed a reason to discredit my work,
Chang's work, and our work together. I don't know why you have done this.
When I took time to share a relection into my motivation with this groups
(and its worldwide audience) to do what I do as a means to help stop
unnecessary suffering because of bad TMJ-ideas about care and because of
bad TMJ related care, you and all your colleagues had absolutely nothing
to say. Not one of you found it in your hearts to say that you found my
personal story (described very briefly) alarming ... or that you were
sorry for what had become my life... or that you didn't even know what to
say.
You are wrong. The cause you are supporting is wrong. And the public will
never see it your way. You can recruit all the cheerleaders you all want
to help muddy the picture but it won't work. The only thing you can do
now if to figure out how to do the right thing (something you have totally
lost sight of) and then to do it!
