The maryland bridge shouldn't feel large because it fits just behind the
 natural tooth, with a thin section or wing of metal to hold it in place. The
 "false" tooth should be the same size as the tooth that is missing. It
 definitely shouldn't cause any temperature problems as there is so little
 tooth removed. Are you sure you are talking about a Maryland?
P.S. it is considered rude TO SHOUT.
