 Bottom 5 front teeth have drifted to left leaving gap between canine and next tooth

I had major orthodontic treatment in my youth and don't recall how
quickly the drift occurred. Anyway , could I fix this myself with
elastic bands? I can't see how this could be very expensive to fix??
how about the yellow stain on the sides of the teeth facing towards
back of mouth. can you use crest white strips for them?
