Dear colleague,
On Wednesday, December 6, 2000, the Department of Dental Informatics will
host the second annual Open House for its NLM/NIDCR-funded dental
informatics postgraduate program. This event is designed to offer potential
applicants an opportunity to visit the department and learn about the
program in detail. Several department faculty, as well as current dental
informatics trainees, will make presentations. The program will include a
discussion of admissions requirements, the curriculum and courses, research
projects, and career options. Attendees also will have a chance to tour the
school and the department, and to see many computing projects live.
