Not in my neck of the woods!  75% of the {*filter*} population may have some
degree of gum proglems, but it is *NOT* from over-aggressive brushing.

they don't need a softer toothbrush, they need an NTI to stop the
abfractions.

And, like Steve said, certainly NOT 75% of the population.

I try to treat all abfraction lesions with an NTI appliance first, then
restorations.
